F-NTSCGEWOU H.V. flexible reeling cables are used in power supplies for connecting large equipment which may be moved from location to location for extremely high mechanical loads excavators, spreaders, loading bridges, portal cranes, construction equipment as well as for supplying power to heavy duty hoisting equipment, transport and conveyor systems, power supplies for building mains network sections in cases of power failure and similar applications.

F-NTSCGEWOU is flexible reeling cable with integrated fiber optic wires for high and extreme mechanical stresses, including torsional stress, deflection into different planes, and high reeling speed. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications

F-NTSCGEWOU cables are suitable for installation in dry,moist and wet rooms as well as for outdoor installations and applications in locations with an associated explosion hazard, and building sites, in industrial workshops, open-face mining, in quarries. Trailing cables are primarily used in smelting foundries, lime stone plants, sand and gravel excavation, container terminals, docks and harbours, in brown coal excavation, salt and ore mining as in heavy industrial applications.

Conductors Flexible stranded copper conductor, class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295.
Inner Conductor Layer Semi-conductive layer.
Insulation EPR type 3GI3.
Outer Conductor Layer Semi-conductive layer.
Earth Conductor Split into two in the outer interstices.
InnerSheath Rubber type GM1b/5GM3.
Fiber Optics 12 FO 50/125 or 62.5/125 or E9/125μm within protection sheath.
Reinforcement Polyester anti-torsion braid
Outer Sheath Rubber type 5GM3/5GM5, flame retardant and oil resistant.
